Write with your capsules — inside Google Docs & Microsoft Office
Bring a capsule into the document, spreadsheet, deck, or email you're actually working in — Google Docs and Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook. It drafts, reviews with one-click fixes, watches as you type, and learns how you work — without leaving the page.
Add it to Chrome
Install CapxuleGo from the Chrome Web Store, then open a Google Doc or a Word doc and sign in from the side panel. Already have it? This button opens it.
Draft where you work
Ask your capsule to write a section, a reply, rows, or slides and it lands right where you're working — grounded in what the capsule knows, in your voice.
Review with one-click fixes
It reads your document, spreadsheet, or deck against the capsule's knowledge and flags what conflicts, what's missing, and what could be stronger — then applies the fix in place with one click.
Watch as you write
Turn on watching in Google Docs or Word and keep typing; the capsule speaks up only when it has something worth saying.
Learns how you work
It quietly picks up how you like things from the edits you make, and remembers it — so every doc gets a little more you.
Using Microsoft Office?
CapxuleGo runs across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook on the web — a small add-in you install once. It opens a pane where you sign in, pick a capsule, and draft, review (with one-click in-place fixes), and ask, all grounded in your capsule. No Chrome extension needed; on Word it also connects to the extension if you have it.
Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Download the Office add-in manifest.
- Open a document in Word, Excel, or PowerPoint on the web (OneDrive/SharePoint, or word.new / excel.new / ppt.new).
- Home ribbon → Add-ins → More Add-ins → My Add-ins → Upload My Add-in → pick the manifest you downloaded.
- The CapxuleGo pane opens. Sign in to Capxule, choose a capsule, and go.
Outlook
- Download the Outlook add-in manifest.
- Go to aka.ms/olksideload — the Add-Ins for Outlook dialog opens.
- My add-ins → Custom Addins → Add a custom add-in → Add from File → pick the manifest.
- Open or compose a message (or a meeting); the CapxuleGo button appears on the ribbon and opens the pane.
Keep the pane open while you work. Use the web versions of Office — desktop apps aren’t supported yet. (Outlook works on personal outlook.com accounts too.)
Your capsule only ever touches documents you pick. Google access uses the non-sensitive per-file scope; Office add-ins read and write only the document you have open.
